Good Faith Organic Farm
At Good Faith, we choose to farm without destructive methods or poisonous chemicals. We hand harvest each olive to produce nutrient rich raw olives. Our traditional lye-free, salt brine, cold curing method preserves the fruit’s natural probiotic enzymes and showcases the subtle flavors of the olive.
From tree to table our process takes six months to sometimes year and a half. We take pride in every jar of raw olives we send off the farm and stay true to our belief in the power of good food by making sure we’re sharing the absolute best.
