Dandelion greens are nutty, earthy, and have a bit of a bite! They have a similar flavor to radicchio but have a texture similar to arugula. Blanching or sautéing these greens will ease the sharpness of the flavor. Dandelion greens are rich in iron, calcium, antioxidants, and minerals. They are one of the healthiest greens out there!
