Roasted or grilled, beef heart is delicious! Make sure you remove any silver skin first and cook this delicacy gently. Roast heart is very similar to a beef roast. The texture is just a bit different and the taste is amazing! Everyone I've ever talked to that has tried heart loves it. We will be sure to grill a couple for everyone to taste at our annual asado!
Note: Grass fed Longhorn beef is VERY lean and cooks 30 -40% faster. Please adjust recipe times accordingly and use a little olive oil on the meat when cooking
